1. Services Provided

Saif Techlogix provides custom business-to-business (B2B) lead generation, email list building, data enrichment, web research, and administrative virtual assistance.

  • All services are delivered based on the specific criteria and “Ideal Customer Profile” (ICP) provided by the client.
  • Deliverables are sent via email or shared cloud spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) upon project completion.

2. Client Responsibilities & Data Usage

  • Accurate Instructions: Clients must provide clear, detailed, and accurate requirements before project commencement. Saif Techlogix is not responsible for low conversion rates resulting from poorly defined target markets provided by the client.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the data provided by Saif Techlogix (such as cold emailing or cold calling) complies with their local regional regulations, including but not limited to GDPR (Europe), CAN-SPAM Act (USA), and CCPA (California).

3. Payment Terms, Refunds, and Revisions

  • Payments: For custom or large-scale projects, upfront payment or milestone-based payments via approved platforms (such as Upwork or direct bank transfer) are required before work begins.
  • No-Refund Policy: Due to the manual hours and human labor required to research and build custom data lists, all sales are final once deliverables have been sent.
  • Data Accuracy Guarantee & Revisions: We guarantee a high deliverability rate (typically 95% or higher for verified lists). If a client finds bounces exceeding our agreed standard within 14 days of delivery, we will replace those specific invalid leads free of charge.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Saif Techlogix and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, layouts, and logos on saiftechlogix.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not:

  • Republish or redistribute material from our website.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saif Techlogix, its founder Muhammad Saif Ullah, and its team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our data or services. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, meetings booked, or revenue generated from our leads, as final sales success depends entirely on the client’s outreach quality and sales strategy.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. This includes using our data for illegal activities, harassment, or spamming practices that violate international telecom laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
