Saif Techlogix provides digital marketing services including SEO, lead generation, web development, content writing, admin support and related services. The specific scope of any project will be agreed with you in writing or by quote.
Prices are provided by quote or as listed on our Pricing page and may change over time. Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
You agree to provide accurate information and any access, content or materials needed for us to deliver the agreed services in a timely manner.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
The number of revisions and delivery timelines will be defined per project or package. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.
While we work to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
